Generated outputs are provided as platform assistance tools and may require user review before publication.
Users remain responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing or relying on them.
5. Analytics and Third-Party Platform Data
CreativeBuddy may display analytics data connected to supported third-party platforms, including views, engagement, watch time, and similar metrics depending on available integrations and subscription plans.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platform integrations.
Users remain responsible for complying with third-party platform rules when using generated outputs, analytics, or integrations.
6. Subscription and Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Pricing, plan limits, and available features may change over time.
Failure to maintain subscription payments may result in limited access to paid features.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

CreativeBuddy platform design, software, branding, and service structure remain the property of CreativeBuddy.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
11. Limitation of Liability

CreativeBuddy makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, output accuracy, or compatibility with third-party services.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
